Who We Can Help.

There are many types of business owners. Typically, we help those who are trying to get a firm grip on their operations—people who feel like they're going around in circles and need better systems in place to reclaim their control and freedom.

Others might feel lost regarding their future direction. They find themselves working relentless hours, handling every single daily task; effectively, they've created a high-stress job for themselves rather than a self-sustaining business. We coach them to step back and take a helicopter view of their operation.

Why I Became a Coach.

I have spent the last 16 years running and scaling my car dealership. Back in 2016, I hired my own business coach, Jeannette Naughton, to help me navigate the growth. We built a roadmap and stuck to it—we secured a franchise, built a showroom, and expanded the business with robust systems and a team that allows me to work maybe 10 hours per week.

Along the way, I became fascinated with business itself—not just running one, but making it better. I found myself constantly talking to friends about their companies, which varied from car dealerships and gyms to factories, retail shops, and construction firms. I loved hearing how they operated, and I loved talking through the little quirks and bottlenecks they needed to solve to make their daily lives easier.

What started as problem-solving over casual coffees turned into a genuine passion for improving operations. I have the real-world experience that textbooks can't teach, and I feel I have the practical knowledge that truly resonates with other business owners like myself.

Does my business run as perfectly as it would if I were there full time?
Absolutely not.

No one will ever run your business the way you do, but having a coach myself taught me that perfection is the enemy of freedom.

If you are constantly working in your business looking to perfect it, then you will always be an employee on your own payroll. Take the time out to work on your business; only then can you see your business truly grow without you in it.
